First, download and read our rental policies. 

If you meet all criteria, then download the application form and fill it out.

Please be advised that all information must be CLEAR and THOROUGH in order to proceed -
 including the attachment of pays tubs and additional documentation that may be
required to verify income or rental history.

And finally, get the application plus a check/money order for the screening charge to our office.
